Yongzheng Enterprise, established in 1996 and started from processing, installation, anticorrosion and heat-preservation of steel works, has developed into a company with registered capital of RMB3,180,000 through several years of efforts and mastered a complete set of technologies for independent development and production of double profiling equipment (SM40, SM30). Now, the company boasts five sets of double profiling equipment (SM40, SM30), with annual production capacity of steel structure silo above 300,000 m3.
Yongzheng Enterprise is engaged in researching, developing, marketing and serving of Screw (Lipp) steel silo, coloured steel, steel structure and anticorrosion and heat-preservation of steel structure and is equipped with advanced computer system to provide steel silo, coloured steel and steel structure with various sizes¡ªa one-stop project comprising manufacture, installation, debug and personnel training of ancillary facilities of processes, civil design, and automatic control system. Hundreds of engineering sample plates used for industries of cements, foods, environmental protection, fats, ports, flour, brewing, chemical industry, forages and the like have been built nationwide.

(1) Thickness scope of materials with absolute bending capability
A. Zinc plating metal plate: 2-4 mm

(3) Useful width: The useful width for 495-mm wide belt material is about 350mm-370mm.

(5) Forming and bending rate: The bending rate is 3m-5m for every minute, but subject to the thickness of metal plate; and the height and weight of silo and quality and performance of metal plate (whether the surface is oil immersed) also play a certain role.
(6) Driving power: the circuit power without auxiliary drive is 9¡Á3 KW =27; auxiliary drive is 4¡Á0.25 KW; Totally: 28 KW.
